There is always an opportunity for you to help these lovely children. At present the school is being run by the funds received from local donors, managing committee members and also State Government but that is not sufficient. If you wish to extend support to our children we shall be highly grateful to you. We whole heartedly welcome your visit to our school managed by Hyderabad Karnataka Disabled Welfare Society, Gulbarga. All donations made to this society are exempted U/S 80 G of Income Tax Act 1961 – Instant receipt will be issued.

HELP US CONSTRUCT A SCHOOL BUILDING FOR BLIND GIRLS

The School is sheltering blind students, since this is the only one School in the Gulbarga Division of Karnataka which is exclusively reserved for blind girls. In order to meet the requirements of increasing strength additional class rooms, dormitory, play ground etc. are needed. At present the School is located in a rented building at Sundar Nagar Locality opposite M.R. Medical College University Road Kalburagi (Gulbarga) Karnataka state India. This is an old building in loose condition, our first priority is the safety and security of Children. Hence we are constructing a new school building to accommodate more children to provide visually impaired friendly environment with spacious dormitory, dining hall, high tech class rooms, audio and braille books library braille printing press, office room, well designed play ground, visitors hall etc.

We request you to help us in any way possible to complete the building. Your generous contributions can be monetary or in kind, Eg: steel, cement, bricks, sand, sanitary fittings, electrical fittings, tiles, flooring, paint, timber for finishing, window glass, and furniture. Please join hands with us and support our cause to bring in a bright future for our very special friends. Your generous gesture will make their dream a reality. Donations are eligible for 50% exemption under section 80G of Indian Income Tax Act. Foreign donations are also acceptable under FCRA.

The proposed building will be constructed at half acre land C.A. site No. 01 spread across survey No. 23-27-28 of G.D.A. layout, 2nd stage M.S.K. mill. Madarasana halli Kalburagi (Gulbarga) Karnataka. The initial estimated cost is about INR 1.5 crore. The rapidly rising cost of building materials have placed a great strain on our ability to complete this project and we seek your support to turn this dream into a reality.

Blind GIrLS NEED YOUR HELP!

“I started this school, because there were no schools here specifically for blind girls.” says Mr. Dattu Agarwal, founder of Ambubai Residential School for Blind Girls. He started this school in 2007 in his mother Ambu Bai’s memory. It is currently housed in an old building that is unsafe for the visually impaired children. Mr. Agarwal wants to shift the school to a safer building, disabled friendly building; and he needs your help in raising construction materials for the same..

RETURN/ REFUND POLICY:

ARSBG takes the utmost care to process donations as per the instructions given by our donors, online and offline. However, in case of an unlikely event of an erroneous donation or if the donor would like to cancel his donation, ARSBG will respond to the donor within 7 working days of receiving a valid request for refund from the donor. The timely refund of the donation will depend upon the type of credit card/banking instrument used during the transaction. The donor will have to send ARSBG a written request for a refund within 2 days of making the donation to ARSBG’s official address or email along with-

● Proof of the deduction of the donation amount.

● In cases where the donation receipt has already been issued to the donor, the donor will have to return the original receipt to us at our office addresses.

● If the tax exemption certificate is already issued, then we are sorry but we will not be able to refund the donation. However, in case of a valid refund request due to any error on ARSBG’s part, ARSBG will refund the donation and bear the costs of the same.

● International donations will need minimum 10 days for the refund process.
