At present the school is being run by the funds received from local donors, managing committee members and also State Government but that is not sufficient. Mathoshree Ambubai Residential School for Blind Girls is the only school in the Gulbarga Division exclusively for visually impaired girls, founded in 2007 in memory of Smt. Ambubai.
